ASSITANT ENFORCEMENT OFFICER III JG ‘H’ 10 Post(s)
Salary Scale: Ksh. 22,380 x 960 – 23,340 x 1,010 – 24,350 x 1,050 – 25,400 x 1,120 – 26,520×1,160 – 27,680 p.m.
Duties and Responsibility
This is the entry grade for this cadre. An officer at this will work under the guidance of a Senior Officer.
Enforcement Assistant Job Duties and responsibilities
- Enforcing various county laws and other relevant Acts;
- Carrying out regular patrols in these parking areas and ensure orderly parking and traffic management; and
- Maintaining order and sanity in the markets and other business premises;
Requirements for the Enforcement Assistant Job
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:-
- Diploma in the following disciplines: Security Management and Police Studies, Criminology, Crime Prevention and Management or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Physical fitness as applicable to the Kenya Police Service plus a fitness medical certificate from a Government hospital;
- Certificate of Good Conduct from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations;
- Certificate in computer applications.
For appointment to this grade, an officer must have:-
- Served in the grades of assistant enforcement II or in a comparable and relevant position in the public service for a minimum period of three (3) years
- Diploma in the following disciplines: Security Management and Police Studies, Criminology, Crime Prevention and Management or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Physical fitness as applicable to the Kenya Police Service plus a fitness medical certificate from a Government hospital;
- Exposure to traffic investigations and control matters;
- Certificate of Good Conduct from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations;
