HUMAN RESOURCES INTERN
- Budgeting, acquisition and payment of recurrent expenses and other company
- Performance management
- Policy formulation and maintenance of human resource procedures that comply with Kenyan laws
- Managing employee records and contracts
- Handling employees grievances and disputes
- Host in house training programs
- Employee relations
- Ensuring the company has a motivated workforce.
- 1 year experience.
- Proficiency in oral AND written English.
- Must be a proficient computer and internet user.
- Must be willing to work six days a week. (Monday – Saturday).
- A verifiable certificate of training in human resources or related fields.
