Retail Shop Manager Job at Sheer Logic Management
Sheer Logic Management Consultants is seeking to engage dynamic individuals for a Retail Shop Manager position for one of our clients.
Location: Kitale, Kakamega and Eldoret
Shop Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Develop continuous improvement initiatives for all Walk-in customers and maintain highest service standards
- Conduct real-time monitoring of the Walk-ins and manage the customer contact queue
- Manage service delivery aligned to customer needs and business objectives
- Forecast workload using historical data
- Develop and implement a staff schedule/ roster for the Walk-ins
- Conduct resource forecasting and scheduling
- Monitor and maintain response time objectives
- Communicate, improve interaction and escalate factors that impact on Customers’ experiences to appropriate Airtel departments
- Ensure Customer complaints are addressed appropriately and resolution given within Service standards
- Collate customer feedback and use it to improve service standards
- Cascade all communications/information to CSEs
- Ensure retention and issue resolution of any irate customer walk ins
- Drive customer experience quality at the shops
- Drive sales in the Walk in centers
- Increase customer base in both prepaid and post paid categories
- Contribute to, monitor and report daily productivity on all revenue generating activities
- Identify flaws in current procedures and/or policies with a view of improvement
- Through contact with the customers, give feedback on customer reactions to products and services rendered
- Lead the team in sales activations to increase shop’s revenues
- Achieve/exceed set targets
Qualifications for the Shop Manager Job
- University Degree (with a business bias or equivalent)
- Excellent, high level knowledge; complete understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories and concepts in the field of expertise and general knowledge of other related disciplines.
Relevant Experience (Type of experience and minimum number of years)
- University Degree in business or equivalent;
- 5 years work experience, 2 years at supervisory level
- IT literacy
- Able to operate in a performance driven organization
- Knowledge of English & Kiswahili
