Our client is in the ICT industry based in Nairobi is seeking to hire a highly talented professional to fill in the position of a Sales Executive.

Duties and Responsibilities for the Sales Executive Job:
- Develop and deliver high quality sale proposals and demonstrations, Present and articulate features, benefits, and competitive advantages of products
- Track data on prospects, customers and surpass sales quotas
- Generate lead and ensure high volume sales to exceed the set targets
- Maintain a healthy prospecting pipeline value of the sales target, to ensure high volume sales month-on-month
- Show high energy levels to serve customers and are target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Knowledge of institution and organization buying process, RFPS, Tenders
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting, closing to collection of payments
- Generate revenue for the company by selling a good mix of all the products and services offered
- Thorough knowledge of the sales process and techniques
- Regularly visit clients and understand their needs
- Offer exceptional customer service and respond to all customer queries, complaints and suggestions on time and in a professional manner Maintain a highly organized system of prospecting potential customers
- Having a thorough knowledge of products and services
- Gathering Market and Customer information
- Build and maintain relationships with the new and existing clients
- Maintain a follow-up system
Sales Executive Job Qualifications
- Degree/ Diploma in Sales and marketing or any other business related course
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Understanding of the Customer, Product Development, Client Relationships, Creative Services
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities and improve the profitability and competitive
- Strong strategic, analytical and organizational skills
- Fluent written & spoken English
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills including Office suite
