Our client is in the ICT industry based in Nairobi is seeking to hire a highly talented professional to fill in the position of a Sales Executive.

Location: Nairobi

Duties and Responsibilities for the Sales Executive Job:

  • Develop and deliver high quality sale proposals and demonstrations, Present and articulate features, benefits, and competitive advantages of products
  • Track data on prospects, customers and surpass sales quotas
  • Generate lead and ensure high volume sales to exceed the set targets
  • Maintain a healthy prospecting pipeline value of the sales target, to ensure high volume sales month-on-month
  • Show high energy levels to serve customers and are target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Knowledge of institution and organization buying process, RFPS, Tenders
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting, closing to collection of payments
  • Generate revenue for the company by selling a good mix of all the products and services offered
  • Thorough knowledge of the sales process and techniques
  • Regularly visit clients and understand their needs
  • Offer exceptional customer service and respond to all customer queries, complaints and suggestions on time and in a professional manner Maintain a highly organized system of prospecting potential customers
  • Having a thorough knowledge of products and services
  • Gathering Market and Customer information
  • Build and maintain relationships with the new and existing clients
  • Maintain a follow-up system

Sales Executive Job Qualifications

  • Degree/ Diploma in Sales and marketing or any other business related course
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Understanding of the Customer, Product Development, Client Relationships, Creative Services
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities and improve the profitability and competitive
  • Strong strategic, analytical and organizational skills
  • Fluent written & spoken English
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills including Office suite
