Responsibilities for the Sales Assistants-Uniforms /Sports Job
- Working as sales Assistants in retail outlets dealing with school uniforms and sports uniforms
- Working closely with distributors and retail customers
- Help retail customers choose items well
- Taking orders and coordinating delivery
- Sell school uniforms and sports uniforms
- Process payments and maintain a high level of customer service
- Make and submit orders by referring to product literature and price lists
- Assisting customers in order to help them find what they need
- Ensuring stock levels are well maintained
- Promoting store cards or special offers
- Providing customers with information on pricing and product availability
- Arranging window displays
- Handling customer complaints or handing customers on to management
- Contribute to team efforts in accomplishing organizational goals
- Make calls and communicate with customers to sell products
- Maintain professional relationship with every customer
- Must have to follow the company rules and also perform any other assigned tasks
Sales Assistants-Uniforms /Sports Job Requirements
- Qualification in sales and Marketing
- 2-3 years of work experience as Sales Assistant in a busy retail outlet dealing with uniforms and sports uniforms
- Customer care skills
- Confident and bold
