Sales and Marketing Reps – TV Adverts
Nature of Job: Full time
Job Summary: Our client a local TV is looking to hire energetic and results-driven sales and marketing representatives to source for adverts to feature in their TV and radio stations.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Generating leads.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
- Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients. Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote product. Maintaining client records.
- Answering client questions about credit terms, product and availability.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management.
Key Requirements and Skills
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing
- Experience selling TV and Radio adverts will be an added advantage
- Social media marketing skills
- Customer service and people skills
- Phone, email, and chat communication skills
- Prospecting skills
- Persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, oral and written communication skills
- Ability to think creatively
- Highly-driven and self-motivated
