360 degrees pizza is currently sourcing for a self-motivated and dynamic individual to fill the position of Host/Hostess based in Nairobi.
Role
Usher customers into the Restaurant, offer menus and ensure they are attended to by herself or the service personnel in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Keep the customers as comfortable as possible
- Meet greet and seat all guest in the restaurant
- Act as an intermediary between the kitchen and staff
- Monitor the status of each table and provide guests with the menu
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Assist in table clearing as occasion demands
- Make reservation arrangements
Qualifications
- Must be adaptable, accommodative and flexible
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must have the ability to co-ordinate skills; demonstrate good core ethics and values
- Must be self –driven and pro-active
- Must have the ability to multi-task
- Good fluent communicator in English
- Attentive to detail
