Duties
- Answering to the Chief Officer Finance
- Arranging, sorting out, coordinating, organizing and controlling interior review administrations
- Assuming a key job in keeping up a solid control condition and supporting activities that enhance execution
- Undertaking limit working for staff at the County level
- Building up the hazard based review designs predictable with County targets
- Creating driving capacities as far as assets, strategy and innovation and;
- Imparting designs of commitment and asset necessities for inward review capacities.
Prerequisites
- Be a Kenyan Citizen
- Have a Bachelor’s qualification in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field from a foundation perceived in Kenya.
- Experts’ Degree in a pertinent field from an organization perceived in Kenya will be an additional favorable position.
- Be a CPA or ACCA finalist
- Be an individual from ICPAK or important expert body
- Be acquainted with different budgetary administration PC bundles
- Show an exhaustive comprehension of devolution, the County advancement targets and vision 2030
- Have significant information and experience of at the very least seven(7) years in Public Service or Private Sector
- Fulfill the necessities of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010
