Asili Sacco Society Limited invites applicants for the following vacant position

Job purpose

To run errands and provide general administrative and logistical support

Duties for the Office Assistant Job

  • Delivery and dispatch of all correspondences from the office and ensuring that all bills are paid on time.
  • Assist in collecting of files from one department to another and registering them
  • Driving and general management of the society van
  • Marketing of the Sacco products/services.
  • Preparation of society meetings
  • Preparation of tea
  • Safeguard of society’s premises, handling of office keys
  • Facilitation of files
  • Any other duty as assigned.

Office Assistant Job Qualifications

  • 0’ level
  • Relevant Certificate in business management/secretarial studies/office management/human resource
  • Must have a valid driving license Class BCE
  • Minimum 2 (two) years relevant experience and three years driving experience
