Our client is a leading Real Estate Company based in Kenya. The Client is looking for an Administration and Human Resource Officer.
Duties
Specific duties will include;
- Job analysis and recruitment of staff
- Staff training and orientation of new staff
- Provide clerical and administrative support
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluation etc.)
- Facilitating recruitment process for all positions within the organization ensuring that vacancies are efficiently filled in the most cost effective and timely way
- Generate various reports on a monthly basis or as may be required from time to time
- Ensure all established procedures and processes are implemented
- Ensure that renewal of contracts is done on time and that all staff has valid contracts all year round
- Coordinating other office departments i.e. the technical, customer care, consulting, accounting and property
- Participate in the tender process that the company would wish to participate
- Organize and conduct office meetings with the rest of the staff
- Enforcement of QMS systems and process documentation and implementation
- Handle customer relations and customer inquiries
- Coordinate information flow to customers and suppliers of the organization
- Custodian of all documents and records of the organization
Qualifications
The job holder should have the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource/ business administration or its equivalent
- At least 2 years experience in Human Resource and/or Business administration and business development
Competencies
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and competencies
- High level of confidentiality and integrity
- Sound knowledge of Kenya Labour/employment law.
- Must be highly organized
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Good inter-personal skills; possess the ability to interact with all levels of staff and external clients
- Proven ability to organize, prioritize and complete work under tight deadlines
REMUNERATION
Our client is offering a gross monthly salary of kShs. 40,000
