Our client is one of the leading pharmaceutical company in Kenya.
They seek to hire a qualified person for the role of Accounts & HR Admin Assistant.
Suitable candidates are expected to qualifications and/or experience both ACCOUNTS & HR.
Responsibilities for the Accounts & HR Admin Assistant Job
- Managing all office accounting works including but not limited to posting, filing returns, generating reports, managing petty cash
- Handling other general accounting roles as may be assigned from time to time
- Manage HR related roles – Payroll, leave management, performance appraisals, employee attendance register, recruiting and other related HR roles.
Accounts & HR Admin Assistant Job Qualifications
- At least CPA 2
- Diploma in HR Management will be an added advantage
- MUST have at least 2 years’ experience handling accounting roles in a busy environment
- MUST have experience handling HR and office Administrative work
